I am a person who looks beyond what may be the obvious. Character is worth more than flashiness. I am a person who appreciates honesty and a great sense of humor. I love to laugh and to enjoy the simple things in life. I would appreciate a person who has a good sense of who he is and a sense of direction about where he wants to be.

I can appreciate a man who sees a woman as a friend and a partner...I know that men and women all have an inner child within and that is why I would appreciate days filled with fun and laughter. I respect and adhere to taking care of business in life, family, work and community, etc Yet, I know life involves balance. I look for the good in most situations and choose to look for the good in others.

I like discovering new things. I am a person who looks for the possibilities versus what cannot be achieved. life is better going through with a special one instead of just any one. I like poetry I like trying new things. I respect the direct approach-that is saying what you mean and meaning what you say. I believe in smiling-even when things are not going as perfect as you had hoped. A smile can brighten someone's day-I liken smiling--it is one of my trademarks...

I feel all is not fair in love and war. That is, I feel you should give someone your best and that you should exercise respect and honesty.

First Date

It start by having a wonderfully day of going different places maybe by the beach,a dinner with lots of smiles!What about a wonderful dinner with tons of time to dine leisurely, talk, laugh, look directly into one another's eyes to be able to read the soul, followed by a walk along the beach, the river bed, even in a park or garden, a tender kiss...the simple things, but with style and charm that build wonderful memories for a life time!If I'm with someone I respect and care about, it's not so much about the place as it is the person. When we're really enjoying each other, everything else takes care of itself.Just because something has failed before, doesn't mean it will fail again. I don't let past disappointments weigh too heavily in my expectations of future likelihood of success.Though miles may lie between us, we're never far apart, for friendship doesn't count the miles, it's measured by the heart,We can make it a reality by his grace.
I believe that if you are with someone you love much and want to be with them and they want the same then you need to make long term plans, that include a life together.
Well In a good relationship i envision honesty, passion, unconditional love and acceptance yet one needs to be able to be very honest and up front with the other person. Being able to share things in common, enjoy doing things together, goals, teamwork is very important. Being sensitive to the needs of the other person yet being also able to know how to disagree in the right way. If nothing else, agree to disagree, take it up later. And never go to bed angry! Respect, mercy, kindness, understanding things that come easy when you are in love and love the other person.We have to make the best of it.. I love life and enjoy waking up every morning knowing I have another day on this beautiful earth .Have fate in God! That's all I ask we trust no one,it's our nature, but it stops us from growing, meeting the right person.I could be the one that restores your fate.I may be the one for you!You could be the one for me, but do not compare me to anyone.I am me and i have a pure heart.Well I have had to learn how to love myself so I could be good in a relationship. I have had to learn how to communicate and always been a giving person so that is easy.
I feel two souls can call out to each other, be divinely guided to find one another.I have a very creative playful side of me and I love to surprise sometimes,I love mad passionate love-making, hours and hours of it, along with kissing, cuddling, pillow talk....enjoying each other and laughing, planning, etc. We have just begun the journey and sure i will bring out every little molecule of life in you. We will know each other so well and grow every day into beautiful bouquets. Not a day will go by without something special for us. We will finish each other's sentences before we're done.Even though I have been single for years, it feels like a lifetime.
I like belonging to one partner, making memories every day, each better than the next. I'm better with a partner who completes me,I'm not much of socialite...you know, i don't go to clubs and places like that where you tend to meet people that is why i'm simply online to search for the Love of my Life.
I love to listen to Anthony Thistlethwaite's "I won't give you what you want - I'll give you something better,I love Jazz alot and Blues but not the old blues newer stuff I like Eric Clapton, Diana Krall, Tony Benny and love Michael Buble, lately love listen to Don Henly, I like most anything but limited in the country music and never the Rap crap,J.J. Cale;Humdinger - he loves to lick my finger,Linda Eder, Yanni, Latin, Broadway show tunes, Do you love a man,Broadway Musicals, Latin, Celine Dion, Gypsy Music, All that Jazz like now, Brazilian, Cuban Some Jazz.The music from Conte Partiro and The Prayer are two beautfil Groban tunes! Like to also listen to the classics, some country like Maryland and others.

Some foods i enjoy and can cook ravioli, lasagna, shrimp fettucini alfredo,Spaghetti with meat sauce,Bolognese,Beef Strogonoff, Cioppino meat loaf, mashed potatoes, steak, pork chops,rice and shrimp cocktails, Rueben sandwich....
I also like National Geographic, Animal Planet and old movies.
